Marybeth P. Leary

Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary

MarybethLeary.jpgMarybeth Leary joined SBLI in 2002 and was the Marketing Operations Manager before joining the Administration Department in January 2006 as the Executive Assistant to the President and Corporate Secretary. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2007, Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2009, and became Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary in December 2011.

Ms. Leary primarily served as Chief of Staff to the President. In 2013, she managed the strategic planning process resulting in a three-year vision for the Company. She is now responsible for managing the Project Management Office, which was formed as a result of the Strategic Plan. In January 2014, the Human Resources department moved to Administration under her leadership. Ms. Leary also oversees SBLI’s charitable endeavors and has represented the Company by serving on many different host committees for charitable events.

Before joining SBLI, she worked in banking and held Assistant Vice President positions in Administration and Community Relations.
