Senior Vice President, Underwriting and Customer Service
Rosemarie Conneely has spent the past 25 years in the life insurance industry. She worked 16 years at New England Life Insurance Co., Boston, Massachusetts, holding a variety of positions across numerous functional areas within Policyholder Services, including Claims, Premium and Collection, Policyholder Tax Collection, and Call Center. She was a member of the Met Life/New England Life taskforce for process and system integration between enterprises.
Since 1999, Ms. Conneely has served as Senior Vice President of Customer Service and New Business, working with Customer Service, Call Center Operations, and New Business including Underwriting, Commissions and Records. Ms. Conneely was a member of the corporate initiative DELTA Project Team, serving as an assistant team leader and has been active in industry trade associations such as New England Customer Service Association, New England Call Center, LOMA and LIMRA.
Ms. Conneely earned her B.A. at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts.
