Christopher H. Pinkerton is the President and CEO of SBLI of Massachusetts, having succeeded Robert K. Sheridan in November of 2012.
Before joining SBLI, Chris was President and CEO of Foresters US, a division of Toronto-based Foresters. While there, he oversaw a period of unprecedented growth and managed the successful acquisition and integration of First Investors Consolidated Corporation. He was subsequently named First Investors’ President and CEO.
Chris joined Foresters in 2005 after more than 20 years in a variety of executive positions in the life insurance and financial services industries.
The Ohio native earned a degree in Marketing from Franklin University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.
