Rules and Conditions for The Second Annual SBLI Kids Football Clinic with Tedy Bruschi

1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. "The Second Annual SBLI Kids Football Clinic with Tedy Bruschi" (the "Contest") is open to children ages 7-14 who are legal residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. A parent, grandparent, legal guardian, or other relative 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the states listed above must enter the child.

Internet access is required. Employees of the Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts/SBLI ("Sponsor") and officers and members of the board of directors of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants ("NHSCPA") and their immediate family members and persons living in the same households of the above are ineligible. The term "immediate family" shall mean spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren. This offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

2. To Enter: Log on to www.nhscpa.org and click on the SBLI ad. Then enter by filling out entry information with name, address, e-mail address and phone number. The child must type an essay into the area provided explaining how his/her pursuit of academic and physical excellence should allow them to participate in The Second Annual SBLI Kids Football Clinic with Tedy Bruschi. Entries must be received between 12:01 am ET April 1, 2009, through 2 pm ET June 1, 2009. Limit: one (1) entry per child. The winners will be determined based on a review of all essays from all eligible entries received. All entry forms become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither Sponsor nor the NHSCPA is responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged or misdirected entries or any typographical or other errors in the communication of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the winners. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or other failure destroys the integrity of the Contest. Neither Sponsor nor the NHSCPA assumes any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of data entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. If, in Sponsor's opinion, this Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest and, in such event, to select winners randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension, or solely from the mailed entries.

3. Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) spot in the Second Annual SBLI Kids Football Clinic with Tedy Bruschi at Gillette Stadium on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. $300 value.

4. Contest Termination and Selection of Winner: Sponsor representatives will review all essays and select winners among all eligible entries received by 2 pm ET June 1, 2009. Decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. In the event a winner is unreachable or a winner's prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner will forfeit the prize. The forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received for the Contest.

5. Prize Restrictions: No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize transfer is permitted at Sponsor's discretion. Federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Any other expenses incidental to the prize and not specifically enumerated herein are the responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees that Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize.

6. Liability: By entry into the contest, winners agree that Sponsor, the New England Patriots, and the NHSCPA shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest or from acceptance or use of any prizes awarded. Entry into this contest constitutes entrant's granting Sponsor's permission to use entrant's name for publicity purposes, if entrant is selected as a winner, without further compensation or approval.

7. Names of Winners: For the names of the winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Second Annual SBLI Kids Football Clinic with Tedy Bruschi, Savings Bank Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts, One Linscott Road, Woburn, MA 01801 between July 1 and July 21, 2009.
