SBLI Texting Terms

The following terms and conditions govern the Savings Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts’ (SBLI) Texting Terms (Terms). They are in addition to any terms and conditions to which you have agreed during the sign-up process in which you provided your phone number.

You consent to receive text messages for the purposes described during the sign-up process in which you provided your phone number, at the telephone number(s) provided, from SBLI and/or its agents or service providers either manually or sent using an automated system. All text messages are subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You agree that you have provided us with your cell phone number and not the number of any other person. If your contact information changes, you will inform SBLI by emailing records@sbli.com or calling 800-694-7254.

SBLI provides different text message services that originate from different numbers. To revoke your consent and cancel text messaging services at any time, reply STOP to any message from the service you wish to cancel. At that point you will receive one final text message confirming the cancellation of text messages from that service.

You may receive more information at any time by texting HELP. If you have any questions concerning the Program, you may send an email to records@sbli.com

We cannot guarantee the timing or receipt of a text, as this may be affected by factors outside of our control. In the event a text is delayed or not received, we are not responsible for any related impacts.
