Annual Meeting of Members

As a mutual company, we are proudly owned by our policyholders, ensuring their priorities are always our foremost concern. Each year, our committed policyholders gather at the SBLI Annual Meeting to discuss and make important decisions about the future direction of SBLI.

The meeting takes place on the first Friday of June at our home office, located at 1 Linscott Road, Woburn, Massachusetts. All those who are insured by an active SBLI life insurance policy are eligible to vote.

You have three voting options:

  • In person on the first Friday of June at our home office located at 1 Linscott Road in Woburn, Massachusetts.
  • By mail using a paper ballot. If you’d like one sent to you, please call us at 781-994-5400
  • Online at vote.sbli.com in the months leading up to the annual meeting.
