Making a payment?

Payments can be made on an ongoing basis via electronic funds transfer (EFT) by using your checking or savings account. You can set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment via EFT, and also make one-time credit card payments by phone or online.

Automatic Payments (Recommended)

Consider choosing annual payments for additional savings on your policy!

To make automatic payments, you can complete the form online at my.sbli.com/forms or download and complete the Automatic Payment Plan Form and return it to Customer Service via email at customerservice@sbli.com , fax it to 781-994-4240, or mail it to SBLI, P.O. Box 4048, Woburn, MA 01801-4048.

You will have the choice of making monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments.

One-time EFT or credit card payment by phone

Call our Customer Service number 800-694-7254 and press option 1.

The automated call system will guide you and provide payment confirmation. Make sure that you receive your automated payment confirmation number prior to ending the call. If you don’t hear the number, the payment was not received and you’ll need to repeat the process or speak with an SBLI customer service representative.

One-time EFT or credit card payment online

Go to my.sbli.com and select “Make a payment” in the navigation bar, then enter your policy number, zip code, and name, as directed. When entering your zip code, make sure that it matches the zip code on your most recent SBLI bills.

If you already have an account registered at my.sbli.com, you can log in and you won’t be required to enter your policy details—just choose “Make a payment” from the “Payments” dropdown in the navigation bar, and then select your policy.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Premium payments can be made using electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments with your checking or saving account number, or by credit card.

How can I change my banking information?

If you’re already enrolled, you can update your payment details by logging in at my.sbli.com and choosing ‘Payment methods’ from the ‘Payments’ section.
