Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding client service by promptly and professionally responding to incoming calls and email correspondence.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process client requests accurately, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle approximately 15 inbound and outbound phone calls daily, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to remove barriers for clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive client records and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement internally and enhancements to elevate the overall client experience.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and informed assistance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service-focused environment within Financial Service, Insurance, or Banking required
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail – meticulous and curious of how things work
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong client service orientation
  • Proven skills to support the challenges of our diverse clients with empathy and understanding
  • Ability to handle different types of situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
  • The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Accountable, ethical, good decision-making ability
  • A desire for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts, learning quickly and retaining information to assist with decision-making
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Hybrid work scheduled – up to two days remote weekly.
